Nuestra experiencia fue buena. Durante la estancia surgió un problema de salud que nos obligó a marcharnos antes de lo previsto, y Marta se mostró comprensiva y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo momento. Nos permitió acortar la estancia y devolvió parte del pago, algo que agradecemos especialmente, ya que no estaba obligada a hacerlo. Valoramos su empatía y atención.
