The apartment is brand new, quiet area.
Quite a few steps down to suite, which is fine if a person doesn't have mobility issues. There were a couple of issues, but we contacted the owner and they responded quickly with plans to resolve the problems for the next people staying. There's only a hot plate for cooking, which is fine if you don't plan on doing any cooking.

The place was very new in January with a few things that needed to be worked out. If you are coming in winter request that the heat be turned on a few hours earlier.
Chilly. A few bed necessities missing but I bet they added what was needed.
