Well, they first put us in unit 14 which was an old RV with maggots in the pillows and it smelled like somebody died
We called the property owner. He sent a few people that didn’t speak English to check it out and immediately they put us into a brand new tiny cottage
No hot water but everything was brand new and clean right on the water so they made it right
But you’re booking number 14 run away as fast as you can
No hot water no TV haven’t put blinds on the windows yet.
The place isn’t finished yet but it’s 1000 times better than the place they put us in first

The grounds are well kept and clean. The area is beautiful and well located, very close to town but still quiet.
The cabin (#14) was dirty. Plates and cups were not washed, the floor looks like it has not been vacuumed in years. The bed was very uncomfortable , it probably needs a new Mattress. The shower only has hot water for 20 seconds.
If you are keen to rough it then you should be fine. Our biggest issue was the bed and then the shower.
