Penthouse in the heart of Puerto Banús

The property was beautiful in a great location and accommodated six of us comfortably

There was nothing I didn’t like it was the perfect stay

This apartment is exceptional. Modern, clean, and well equipped. It's very spacious, with great facilities such as an en suite to the main bedroom. Nice views from the balconies, too. The location couldn't be better, all the main attractions such as the bars, Marina and restaraunts are all minutes away just a short stroll to the beach too. The owner was very accommodating, friendly, and professional. We had an issue with leaving the key in the apartment. This was obviously a mistake on our part. I contacted the owner, and he sorted it with no issues at all. Always contactable and prompt with responses. He couldn't have done anymore to make our stay in puerto banus truly amazing. This was a special celebration for a 40th birthday. We were a group of 6 lads. We ensured that we were respectful and took great care of the apartment during our stay. The owner was so friendly and helpful, and as a small way to say thank you, we left 15 euros for him to treat himself to a nice bottle of something. This was a truly amazing trip. We spent three nights in puerto banus. There are lots of great places to eat and drink. The marina is beautiful. We all had such a great time, and this in part was made even better by having such a friendly host where nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere to stay that has great facilities and is in the heart of all the action. Unfortunately, the group who stayed before us caused some damage. I took photos and promptly reported this to the owner, who confirmed that he was aware and that the previous group did not take care of the apartment. This did not affect our stay in anyway, its just a Shame that some people feel they have the right to cause damage to property, not belonging to them. A fabulous place, and if we ever go back to marbella, I would book this place in a heartbeat.

De locatie was perfect. Appartement is groot genoeg.

Het afspreken voor het overhandigen van de sleutels ging redelijk moeizaam. De host hebben we enkel per whatsapp gestuurd. De instructies waren nogal vaag. Contacteer persoon aan de receptie maar deze persoon wist van niks. We zijn via via via binnengeraakt om dan ergens een verstopte sleutel te gaan zoeken. Ook hebben we al deze dagen slechts 1 sleutel gehad. Er werd ons een extra sleutel beloofd maar die is nooit geleverd. Het appartement wordt omschreven als "Luxury penthouse" maar dat is het niet. Het is een mooi appartement dat groot genoeg is, maar het is allesbehalve luxury en het is ook geen penthouse. De badkamer en keuken zijn zeer verouderd. Toiletbrillen die loshangen, kasten die scheef hangen, rolluiken die niet werken, houtwerk dat loshangt in de badkamer ... allemaal niet zo heel erg, maar het is niet luxury. En er is nog een verdieping boven dus het is ook geen penthouse. Ook de foto's die gebruikt worden om het te verkopen zijn foto's van de omliggende chiquere hotels en uitzichten. Prijs/kwaliteit vind ik het hotel zeker ok. Maar ik had iets meer verwacht met het woord Luxury.

Lejligheden trænger til en opgradering. Synes måske ikke man kan kalde det en penthouse. Den er ret slidt - især køkkenet Til gengæld var værten Jesus virkelig rar og hjælpsom. Meget flink.
