Symfoni Nichols Studio

The room is clean but lack a few important things.

First when I booked online, it said I would get two studios. Turns out that it’s only a studio with two extra beds. And I booked for 7 people. Second, we were offered by the host a different property that would supposedly fit all of us. When we got to the property, it took more than an hour to check in to our room. The host did not respond to all my messages and calls until I contacted customer service to file a complaint. When we finally arrived at the room, it wasn’t what we agreed on. There was only one big bed and one couch. There were no towels, they gave us only two blankets, no tissue or toilet paper. Eventually, the booking was cancelled but we still chose to stay and paid in cash. We had nowhere else to go so we just decided to stay and make ways for us to fit in the bed and couch. They could have done better. Will never stay in their property again. Their dedicated guest assistant is also very rude.
