Utilissimo il posto auto interno. Ottima la posizione, l'organizzazione dell'appartamento ed eccellente la pulizia. Raramente si trova tale livello di attenzione. La cucina è molto curata, piacevole trovare stoviglie, tazze e bicchieri che paiono nuove e non spiate o di recupero, come spesso si trova.
