El apartamento estaba limpio y las fotos se correspondían exactamente con la descripción y con el estado real del piso. La ubicación es excelente, ya que está en el centro y resulta muy cómoda para moverse por la ciudad. Además, el trato con los dueños fue muy cordial y fueron muy amables al permitirnos alargar una hora el check-out, un detalle que agradecimos mucho.
La ducha tenía muy poca presión de agua, el dispensador de jabón para la vajilla no funcionaba y no se había repuesto el jabón de manos del baño. También había muy poco papel higiénico, únicamente medio rollo (para 2 noches y 2 personas). Por último, el aislamiento acústico era bastante deficiente: se escuchaban mucho los pasos de los vecinos de arriba y, cada vez que movían algún objeto o mueble y abrían la puerta, el ruido se oía muchísimo dentro del apartamento.
