Gostei da vista, da decoração, dos banheiros, colchões... a piscina e a vista são incríveis!
Seria muito bom ter um microondas e um ar-condicionado no segundo quarto faz muita falta! A sala não ter um fechamento para a varanda, pois está sem portas, passa um pouco de insegurança, da mesma forma que não tem um fechamento no piso inferior onde se encontra o segundo quarto. A porta de correr da suite principal também precisa ser arrumada, pois não fecha direito e não tranca. Houve dois episódios de pequenos vazamentos (na cozinha e na duchinha da suite principal) que também denotam a necessidade de uma pequena revisão nesses itens.
