Unique, older but updated home with plenty of space for our group. Nicely decorated and very clean w/plenty of towels, etc. We appreciated that the renovation didn't take away the quirkiness of this older home and it's cool architecture. Not too far from old town but in a residential area away from all of the hustle of old town - pleasant & quiet. We rented a golf cart to get to old town when needed & parked our large truck onsite. Street parking (free), no driveway so we parked across the street from the house so we didn't block the neighbors driveways. We brought an extra set of sheets for the kids, just in case we needed to use sofa bed or twin sofa bed upstairs. Courtyard aka side yard area was shaded, great to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail while listening to the calming sounds of the waterfall pond. Staff was accommodating w/our early access & late departure requests which was very appreciated!

The ceiling fan remote batteries were dead so no fans. Luckily I travel w/a small fan. Back/side door interior lock plate was missing screws so we couldn't open that door to get to back/side yard. We accessed it from the front entry instead. Upstairs bed could use sturdier center support & upstairs bathroom was missing hand soap.

The property was perfectly located and it was nicely decorated.

The property was a mess, pull out bed had mold all the dishes seems to have some old food and stained… old coffee still in the coffee pot.. none of the supplies said that were there were actually there… could be a great property though
