New building. 24 hrs security services and implemented strict policy regarding in and out of the building, I felt secured. Has 24 hrs convenience store right in front of the building door + 7eleven next building. Goldilocks bakery adjacent as well. The property has own WiFi, washing machine and all the basics for 48 hrs stay prior to my flight.

The room size, its mentioned 27 sq/meter while its around 20 sq/,meter, the check in and checkout time like military, upon my request I was given little early check IN but check out exactly 12 noon not even extend for 15-20 minutes Don't have any stock room, if you arrive early you keep your luggage with you, Receptionist will not keep your luggage, no front desk, The kitchen utensils are very old and don't have non stick pan, the rug on the floor is very dangerous, several times I was about to fall down so I remove and put it back upon check out.
