Foi uma estadia muito boa. Ótima localização a poucos passos do Ganges, quarto espaçoso, limpo e funcional. A equipe foi muito gentil e solícita e o café da manhã estava delicioso. Recomendo muito este hotel.

My father who is 76, travelled solo and owner really took good care of him. He liked the hotel and facilities. I really appreciate and recommend this hotel

The staff was kind and helpful. Both receptionists were very welcoming, allowed us an early check-in at 7 a.m., and gave us useful recommendations about local places and activities. I would rate the staff 9/10. The room was large, spacious, and well-lit. The restaurant was very good, with generous portions and room service available — definitely a highlight. The location is quiet and convenient, close to the center of Rishikesh, which can be reached in a few minutes by tuk-tuk or about a 20-minute walk

I found it quite unusual that I was asked to download Booking in order to “check out,” and shortly after I noticed that a review had been posted under my name that I did not write. The price is above average, and based on previous reviews highlighting cleanliness and services, we expected a higher standard. Unfortunately, cleanliness did not meet expectations: the bed sheets did not smell fresh, and the bathroom did not appear properly sanitized. Breakfast could be improved, as the selection was limited and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed despite the low number of guests. In addition, our room was missing basic amenities such as toilet paper and tea/coffee for the kettle.
