Great views, clean and spacious apartment, great location, responsive Property Manager

Everything ! We liked everything in the apartment ! 1. Special mention and accolades to Lukas - the property manager - very humble, kind, responsive person. He would ping and check on us, if we need something , even before the travel and during the travel. He was very responsive to all our needs. A big thank you for that. 2. The apartment was very clean, very spacious, wonderful views and very nice location. There was coop grocery store and a bus stop right outside. It is a short walk from the market and main bus stop as well. 3. We were even provided the parking facilities, though it has not been mentioned in the advertisement and that was a great win. thank you for that. 4. The apartment had all amenities - from crockery, to dining tables, wifi, charging ports, bed sheets, towels, toiletries, cleaning items, dishwasher, coffee maker and even cake maker ! 5. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was very clean. Very good quality furniture and items. Very clean and spacious bathroom and hot running water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt at home ! 6. It was reasonably priced and the cleaning services are included in the price, though it is expected that the kitchen is kept cleaned and the trash is thrown out, which is obvious.

1. There was no washing machine and it was difficult to figure out a nearby laundry service. It would be nice to provide one, specially with bigger families and longer stay duration 2. The automatic hold on credit card for deposit - that took a much longer time than expected to get released (over 1.5 weeks). This can be improved and expedited 3. It took us over half an hour to figure out the actual location of the flat as it is not facing the main road. It would be nice if the description is more clear and explains landmarks like right behind the Cinema Theatre and next to Football field and how to manoeuvre from there. Also, the name of the apartment is - Chalet Pavillion which is not mentioned in the description. 4. It would be great if the tourists are provided with Adelboden tourism pass , which the landlord should generate , given the hefty tourism taxes of Adelboden. 5. There is only central heating which does not turn on in summers. Mostly, you would not need it either, unless it is raining outside you get wet and feel cold. But the house is well insulated, so once inside, you will warm up naturally.

Komfortable, heimelige, grosse und ruhige Wohnung.

Grosse, heimelig eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Holz. Sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Und sehr ruhig.

Falls man es gewohnt ist im Haus ohne Schuhe zu gehen, sollte man Hausschuhe mitnehmen, da der Boden eher kalt ist.
