The facilities are relatively new
1. The attitude of the employees is not very helpful and not efficient at solving problem. 2. The breakfast is bad and the price quote is actually very high. 3. We encounter the problem with the hot water in toilets for two days. And on the first day of check in, there was no drinking water provided.
