My50 by MONHOLIDAY

This property is wonderful for a big group. I traveled with my 2 kids, parents, mother-in-law and sister and everyone had their own space - comfortably. rooms were all very spacious. The kitchen was airy and clean and it was nice to get a good breeze through the balcony. It had a washer and dryer but they also had 2 big folding drying rack. to dry your clothes on that you can place on the balcony off the kitchen. I think we were the first guests to stay at this property so everything seemed new. There was a cafe that you can walk to on one end and a market at the other end where they also had other stores and cafes. It’s a little farther from town but it worked out wonderfully for us to just be living with the local folks. It was also a nice walk to town everyday. This is a town where having your own vehicle is beneficial. Management was very responsive and easy to deal with. We recommend this place if you don’t mind being a little far from the center.

The main reason I didn’t give this a 10 is because of the air condition situation. The property had an issue with the AC so it flooded the hallways. The AC caused leaks to come down from the ceiling so they had to shut it down altogether and we ended up not having AC our whole stay and we were there in the summer. They only had 2 fans available so the other 2 rooms didn’t have anything to help with the heat. This made the stay uncomfortable.

My family (7 adults + 2 children) spent a few days in October in this apartment. We are very pleased! The apartment exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect - a few minutes' walk from the train station and the old town. Communication with the owner - perfect! Very spacious rooms, tastefully decorated. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. Everything is new, clean, and very well-maintained. Every detail in this apartment is meticulously thought out. It was a great pleasure to spend our vacation here! We absolutely recommend it to everyone!

Czystość, bardzo dobra lokalizacja blisko starego miasta, portu, plaż, oraz sklepów. Przestronne pokoje, wygodne łóżka, dwa duże balkony, bardzo miły właściciel.

Nie mam uwag

Niesamowity obiekt, bylismy duża 8 osobowa grupa. Mieszkanie jest swiezo po remoncie. Duze przestronne pokoje kazdy z klimatyzacja. Dwie bardzo dobrze wyposazone łazienki. Duza kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem, piekarnik, mikrofalówka, zmywarka, pralka, żelazko. Bardzo blisko centrum Monopoli, blisko plaży publicznej. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo polecamy!
