LE Grand Pyramids View & Suites

The room was lovely, with a beautiful view on the pyramids, it was comfortable too. The hosts were so kind and caring and the breakfast was excellent. I really recommend this place to visit the pyramids <3

What I liked most about the stay is how kind and accommodating the owner of the hotel is to us. The place needs improvement but most of the time we did not stay there because of the tours we did, so the hospitality of the owner and staff was what stood out to my husband and I. Abdulrahman was very generous and upgraded us to their best room. Good thing no one was staying at the moment 😊

It didn’t matter that much because they were kind and prompt, also we were out most of the time. We generally stayed there to rest and sleep 😊

Staff gentilissimo che ha fatto di tutto per venire incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza. Posizione molto comoda per accesso alle piramidi e passeggiate nei dintorni con atmosfera molto tranquilla.

Das Personal war sehr nett, aber leider nur selten anzutreffen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Pyramiden ist toll.

Die Zimmer des Hotels sind nur auf der oberen Etage des Hauses. Der Rest des Hauses ist anderweitig vermietet und nicht saniert. Das Treppenhaus sieht etwas runtergekommen aus, auch wenn es regelmäßig geputzt wird. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht richtig schließen und den Lärm bis 1Uhr nachts durch Hunde und spielende Kinder muss man mögen. Im Bad sind keine Ablagen oder Handtuchhalter vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Das Personal außer den Betreibern, die selten da waren, spricht kein Englisch.
