The attendant is very accommodating. You can rent motor bike on site. Location is near the city center. Place is silent it feels like home. You can grill outside and eat at the balcony.

No black out curtains for privacy/ for filtering out sunlight since the sunrise is early on this part of the island. Wifi connection is really slow not unless you go outside the unit. No common kitchen area to wash dishes.

Tucked a few blocks away from the dings and dongs of poblacion activities. The property is a mix of quiet, zen and homeyness. Window view quite gives you the feel of being in a slice of paradise with all the swaying palm trees in the background. The bed is comfortable, the room quite big, the grass is green, and the staff (kuya) is very helpful. Plus, the area is very convenient for joggers - jog the nearby dirt road at the end of Duarte Street surrounded by palm trees all the way to the main thoroughfares and public beaches.
