Location. Location. Location.
The room needs to be cleaned better and updated and taken care of. The communication between the host and myself should be better. The convoluted process to get throughout the building needs to be better walking through the garage is not safe to get to the spa. Furthermore, the elevators were horrendous Because most of them are out of service. Certain emergency doors were also locked because of construction, which is unacceptable.
