La posizione centrale eccellente per le mie esigenze e il contesto della casa al primo piano di una villetta, oltre l'ottima posizione anche l'area tranquilla e comunque a circa 250 mt dall'isola pedonale. Splendida vista. Bagno piccolo ma rinnovato. Letto matrimoniale essenziale ma tutto sommato comodo. Comunicazione host eccellente.
Alcuni arredamenti della casa un po' vetusti e l' assenza di prese elettriche funzionanti nella nostra camera da letto. Questo aspetto mi ha francamente creato un po' di disagio dovendo anche lavorare con pc e telefono e costringendomi a spostarmi in salone per usufruire della carica. Nessun problema per la cucina a induzione, ma avrebbero dovuto almeno avvisare o mettere una moka adatta alla piastra per farci un caffe.
