The apartment was ideally located in the vieux porte area in walking distance to convenience stores and shops and the harbor. The compound is secured and removed from street noise and activity and easy to access with no stairs or steps to negotiate. Furnishings are comfortable and decor attractive. Car parking is a couple of blocks away in a well secured facility. The spacious and well equipped apartment is well laid out and private and the patio with table and chairs is flower-filled and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Speaking French was pretty much the rule and was not a problem for us but maybe so for some travelers.

Welcome from the owner/manager could have been smoother. After texting and circling the surrounding blocks, she sent her envoy Dimitri who escorted us inside and cheerfully raced through highlights of how to operate the facility. The address is hard to find as street numbers are not consecutive. Another point: oddly, there was no livre d'or or guest book with previous clients comments.

Localisation parfaite, terrasse calme et a l’ombre.

Le matelas du lit est vraiment en fin de vie ! A changer d’urgence. Et le canapé n’est pas super confortable.

Emplacement très central tout se fait à pied Parking fermé à 5 min à pied Flexibilité de l’arrivée et sortie (autonomie et arrangeant) RDC et terrasse très agréable

Propreté à revoir (poussière et sol collant) Équipement trop sommaire, ventilateur à demander car pas de Clim (canicule)
