Casa molto bella, in ottima posizione tranquilla nelle colline abruzzesi subito vicino al mare, un bel giardino e un bel gazebo se si vuole mangiare fuori! Spaziosa per una famiglia con bimbi

The Host Paola was great, she explained everything and if we did have any issues she told us to contact her or her Parents who live next-door.
The villa is newly decorated, quite modern but lots of old charm too. It has all the facilities that you would need, even a tea towel! (Which a previous review mentioned) The outdoor space is nice and pleasant.
Not far from the beach in a car.
We didn’t dislike anything! It was perfect.
Something to be aware of when travelling.
One of the roads near the coast, leading towards the property was closed due to a bridge being repaired, apparently it’s been like this for a long time, it’s due to open in maybe July (2026) I sent an update to google maps so anyone else will get a notification.
Although this not the property’s or owner’s fault

Tutto ottimo.
La casa è in una posizione tranquilla in collina tra mare e monti, spaziosa, pulita, confortevole, attrezzata di tutto. Intorno c'è un bel giardino col parcheggio privato.
La cosa bella è che accettano anche i cani.
Accoglienza dei proprietari amichevole, sempre disponibili.
