The comfort and size of the house

First night elevator out. We were on 4 th floor. All sr adults TV in master suite never linked to satellite. Not really a big deal just thought you’d like to know before next guest arrive Ice dispenser in frig door never worked

The overall experience was good. We loved the on-site Water park and the general location. It was close to the Magic Kingdom, shopping and restaurants. Our first issue was at check in. The receptionist seemed indifferent (appeared irritated )when she found out that we booked through a 3rd party. She also did not include our pool key cards which we did not discover till the next day. As far as our property we had one big issue. The refrigerator cold water dispenser was frozen. They fixed it quickly but it happened again.Then we were told that it was broken and they would have to order parts. We had to buy bottled water because the tap water had a strong metal taste. The maintenance staff was quick to respond and efficient. Even with these two issues we were very happy with our stay. We have already book a stay for next spring (we booked through Reunion directly and got a better property).

The receptionist who checked us in was not what I would expect from such a nice resort. She seemed indifferent and cold. She forgot to include our pool key cards. When I asked for directions she told me I’d have to put it in on our gps. She was basically unfriendly.
