Cozy Place near Eastwood

It felt like home in a very nice exceptional apartment with plenty of space and rooms for our family to have ultimate comfort. Has a smart TV for entertainment with Netflix and others. Very nice as well having separate rooms with privacy even from noise. The whole place is clean from top to bottom. Amazing air conditioning to help keep you as cool as you want 24/7 on hot days. Even has a washer/dryer machine to use. Very nice kitchen with cooking surface to prepare meals along with cookware and dishware to use along with a electric kettle, rice cooker, and coffee press. The balcony is cozy and peaceful so high up you feel like your in the couds with a great view. The pool area is very large and pleasing to relax in and even has a kids pool area attatched to the main pool. Everything wrapped up with a very gracious host that had items ready for if need like drinks from water bottles, soda, juice, coffee, and beer plus some snacks. Will definitely be staying here as often as possible. Worth every penny being such a great value.

The place is not a ten in terms of cleanliness based on my experience. There are fruit flies. The card key on the counter top/divider in the kitchen was with remnant of food and the side of the counter top stained with streaks of food and the ref you can see bits and pieces of food in between the rubber linings on the door. The place looks really nice at first glance but closer look not a 10 based on cleanliness.And the drainage on the shower is really slow even when the maintenance personnel remove a strainer underneath
