Great property with no consideration.
Everything was great vibes, activities, details, everything was great, and I would like to thank Enas from customer relations for the details and care behind my visit. She is very professional and attentive to details.

Everything was beyond my expectations. The staff was flexible especially Mr.Nawaf. He was helpful and understanding. A special thanks to him.
The kids club Rixy was too friendly too. Ms.Ameeina She was very caring and attentive to my son.
The music was too loud, in the kids club and it gave my son a headache. Next day he refused to go there.

the location was great , the staff were friendly and welcoming, room was spacious.
crowded in the swimming pools, crowded restaurants, food was average , room service was disappointing, they answered late i asked for water and they sent it in plastic trash bin bag. the requested sheets were still wet, elevators smelled cooking specially meals times.
