اتصالات ومضايقة الموظفين للخروج الساعة 12 وتبدا الاتصالات من 11 الصباح .. الساعة 12 بالضبط رفض الكوفي تقديم الخدمات المجانية بحجة ان الحجوزات تنتهي الساعة 12 بالضبط لمن لايجدد. كان الحجز مطل ع المسبح والحقيقة انه يطل على حديقة امام النافذة لازرع فيها وهي عبارة عن تراب، ولان الحجز عن طريق بوكنق طلبت ان لم يكن الجناح مطل على المسبح سوف اطلب الالغاء واحضرت لهم صورة الاطلالة وقلت مافي الصورة مسبح .. تم تغييرها بعد مناقشة والحاح. لو تم تخفيض السعر وجعل الكوفي يقدم خدماته بمقابل مالي افضل.مرافق صورة الاطلالة وللعلم فان اللون الازرق لون السماء وليس المسبح.

Philip provided excellent service throughout my stay at Rixos. He was always professional, friendly, and very helpful. However, I had an unpleasant experience with a Lebanese supervisor at the pizza station. The pizza slices were stuck together, and when I tried to separate them, he told me to take the slice I had touched with my hand. I didn’t think that was a pleasant way to handle the situation. Aside from that incident, Philip’s service was truly outstanding. .

I had an unpleasant experience with a supervisor at the pizza station. The pizza slices were stuck together, so I gently tried to separate them. The supervisor then told me that I had to take the slice I had touched with my hand. I found this interaction unnecessary and unfriendly. I understand the importance of hygiene, but I believe the situation could have been handled in a much more polite and respectful way. I believe the supervisor was Lebanese, although I’m not completely certain. I only mention this for identification purposes, not as criticism of his nationality. I have great respect and appreciation for Lebanon and its people. I simply wanted to describe the staff member involved in the incident as accurately as possible. I hope the hotel provides better customer service training to ensure guests have a more welcoming experience in the future.
