Sea Panther

We stayed on Sea Panther one night in August - family of 4 including 2 teens. We were staying in Gozo for 2 weeks and wanted a 1 night base for exploring Valletta for a couple of days. The Sea Panther was perfect for this. It was nice to have something different from a traditional hotel stay and a lovely experience. The boat is well equipped - we had double and twin cabins next to each other at one end of the boat, sharing a bathroom which was very compact (as you would expect on a boat) but was perfectly adequate with a decent shower. There was another cabin at the other end of the boat accessed by a separate staircase - this was unoccupied during our stay so we had the boat to ourselves apart from Chris the crew man who looked after us very well. As we only stayed for 1 night we didn't bother unpacking, but there is plenty of storage space in the cabins for longer stays, as well as a covered lounge area below deck, a dining table and chairs outside and additional chairs/loungers on the top deck, which was a lovely space for enjoying a few drinks before heading out for dinner. We were able to leave our hire car parked for free near the boat and it is a 10-15 min walk to Silema harbour, where regular ferries go to Grand Harbour (10 min journey costing a few euros). Beautiful views on the ferry ride over and back. We had a very comfortable stay on the boat and Chris prepared breakfast the next morning which we ate on deck before heading off. All in all, a great experience and we all enjoyed staying somewhere a little different.

An interesting experience, easy to find, feels safe. Special thank to Chris who made my stay very comfortable. And Andrea who reacted fast and was answering all my questions.

There was a slight musty smell in the cabin, but that's understandable and not a major issue considering it's a fairly old yacht moored in the bay. Overall, the yacht is very well looked after and kept clean.

Tout était parfait. Rien à dire. On était sur un bateau donc il ne faut pas s.attendre à une cabine et salle de bain hyper spacieuse…

Непогане розташування, приємний персонал в особі Луї, який, правда, не спілкується англійською, проте не має проблем зі спілкуванням через перекладач. Також менеджер приємний у спілкуванні і готовий іти назустріч.

Корабель доволі старий, у ньому прямо є запах цієї старості, відповідно весь інтерʼєр виглядає і працює на свій вік: десь не закриваються двері, десь не вмикається або не вимикається світло тощо. Сніданок був посереднім - тост, йогурт та джем. Кондиціонер відсутній, є тільки два вентилятори в каюті. Сама по собі каюта маленька, але цього варто очікувати, тож не можна назвати це мінусом. Окремою проблемою став нестерпний сморід туалету ближче до вечора та вночі.
