The location is nice, and getting the keys was easy. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. A parking space in the building's garage was included. The WiFi was also good.
The owner wasn't present at the location so we had to figure some things out on our own - luckily one of the other residents was able to point us in the right direction. When asking the owner about any local recommendations, we got back a reply saying something along the lines of "nothing really". The heating wasn't that good, the soundproofing was bad (noisy neighbors apparently doing home renovations in the middle of the night made it hard to sleep) and the dishes weren't clean. The amount of dishes and cutlery that's available is also very limited. There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom unless the vents were kept on. There's a vacuum cleaner inside the house but it was absolutely filthy so we ended up not using it.
