Lovely, very helpful and polite staff. The hotel was very clean everywhere. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was fairly basic but had ample food and drinks to choose from.
The only thing that we could fault was finding the hotel. There are several CityNote Hotels in Guangzhou and nobody seemed to know how to find the right one, the English name of this hotel is not what the locals call it. This was very confusing for us.
