Location, comfortable furnishings and bed, well equipped kitchen, modern appliances
Would prefer if main bedroom had curtains on window as well as blind as the lights outside are bright and in all night

The host has made the property very comfortable for people with children, providing things that normal accommodation wouldn’t supply (plastic cutlery/dinnerware, toys, stroller etc).
Thinking about children’s needs as well as adults.
Bed was very comfortable.
Not enough hot water for 2 adults and a toddler to shower. Ran out of hot water every night, even though we cut back on the temperature and time we would normally run a shower.
The front door is a glass door, so there is no privacy looking into the dining/kitchen/living area.
The bedrooms upstairs have a glass, half a wall/balcony sized wall which over looks the downstairs area. Not ideal for children who would be climbers.
