Communicating with staff may have been better

I loved the location of the apartment — it was super convenient and made getting around really easy. The place itself was nice and had a comfortable feel overall.

That said, the room could have been a bit cleaner when I arrived, and the kitchen was missing some basic utensils, which made cooking a little tricky. There also weren’t any cleaning supplies provided, which would have been helpful during the stay.

La ubicación a solo 20min de las torres Perronas pero en el antiguo barrio musulmán por lo que no está masificado de coches y ruidos. El apartamento era tal cual las fotos, y todo funcionaba perfectamente. Tener lavadora y microondas ha sido 🔝! La comunicacion con el personal es vía WhatsApp pero no tuvimos ningún problema, nos resolvieron todas las dudas sin problema. Si se puede pagar con tarjeta también, pagando el precio de Booking sin problema. La infinite pool y el gym están muy bien y no hay coste extra. Eso sí la sauna es solo para residentes. Tenía muchas dudas antes de coger este alojamiento viendo los comentarios negativos de Booking pero ha sido una estancia perfecta y recomendable 💯

Quizás tener algo para algo para cocinar habría estado bien ya que había una placa pero no había nada para cocinar en ella, solo la platos, vasos y tenedor, cuchara y un cuchillo más tabla de cortar. Un tendedero portátil también habría estado bien ya que no hay nada para tender la ropa. Las camas son un poco duras en mi opinión pero todo estaba limpio, sin manchas.

The first spacious room wasn't clean when we arrived. However, they gave us a smaller one. The next day we got back to another spacious room.

1. The landlord are not willing to send my invoice despite I requested it many times. He didn't even answer. That's not professional. 2. At some moment of the day, a bad smelling comes from the balcony (PVC pipe?). Very uncomfortable. 3. No TV set.
