È una camera lunga e stretta senza una finestra per poter cambiare aria se non la porta d'entrata. Sistema elettrico da paura e sicuramente non a norma. Se spegni la luce,in automatico si spegne pure il mini frigo e il refrigeratore per le bottiglie d'acqua. Letto scomodissimo: essendo in due, chi dorme dalla parte interna, per alzarsi deve saltarti addosso. Topper macchiato. Il bagno, non essendo arieaggiato si sente puzza di umido. L'asse del water è sbilenca. La struttura si trova in area ZTL per cui non è neanche permesso il carico e scarico dei bagagli che ci diamo dovuti portare a piedi.

Es fehlt ein Schritt zur TOP-Location

Diese Unterkunft ist einzigartig. Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor Ort. Dafür war es auch die absolut richtige Wahl, denn so was hatten wir noch nie. Es ist ein ganz besonderes "Zimmer". Wir wollten hier nur einmal übernachten und den Flair von Pitigliano in vollen Zügen mitnehmen...das hat dieses Apartment geschafft. Wir hatten nämlich trotz der guten und korrekten Bebilderung auf Booking nicht wirklich erahnen können, was genau wir bekommen, denn live ist es am Ende ein völlig anderes Erlebnis. Das kommt mit den Fotos bei Weitem nicht rüber. Und auch mit dem Preis von 76,- für eine Nacht für zwei Personen sind wir absolut einverstanden.

Wir wollen dieses Zimmer nicht schlecht machen und deshalb hier nur Verbesserungen vorschlagen: - Wir sind mit Rucksack eingecheckt und haben die Koffer im Auto gelassen. Mangels Schrank und Platz war dies die wichtigste Entscheidung. - Die Stromverkabelung sollte nicht über so viele Netzstecker laufen, Gästen sollten ein paar Steckdosen zur Verfügung stehen und der Stromkreis an sich sollte überdacht werden. - Der Mini-Kühlschrank sollte durch ein ordentliches Modell ersetzt werden. - Die "Küche" könnte komplett entfernt werden und durch eine Frühstücks-/Getränketheke ersetzt werden. Kochen/Essen wird da bestimmt nie jemand!. - Das Bett sollte komplett erneuert werden, mit einer guten Matratze! - Das Lichtdesign und die eingesetzten Lampen sollten komplett überdacht werden. - Die Fernseher-Lösung erscheint als sehr gute Lösung, wir haben ihn allerdings nicht zum Laufen bekommen! - Altes, Schmutziges Putzzeug sollte umgehend entsorgt/erneuert werden. Auch das tolle alte Steinwaschbecken muss unbedingt sauber gemacht oder ersetzt werden - Im Bad muss der Klodeckel ordentlich festgeschraubt und die Duschtüre repariert werden - und das Luftfilter im Badezimmerlüfter muss sofort erneuert werden, sonst kann wegen Überhitzung ein Brand entstehen!!! - Die Parkplatzbeschreibung auf Booking muss korrigiert werden. Es gibt keinen und schon garnicht kostenlos. Trotzdem ist es kein Problem in Fußnähe zu parken - die Situation einfach ehrlich beschreiben, das wäre hilfreich. Es sind eigentlich alles Kleinigkeiten...doch die heben die Unterkünft sicher auf "10" Punkte.
