Central location. Great facilities. Easy check in and check out process with someone readily to help if any issues. Apartment was clean, well appointed, had everything needed.

The location was really handy, we were super close to multiple tram stops and we really enjoyed how close we were to the supermarket.
We would have enjoyed having more than one towel per person since we were there for just shy of a week, and some face cloths would have been nice too. Apart from that, we had no dislikes.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating with early check-in. The location was excellent.
A few small issues with key collection (QR code opened wrong locker) and TV initially not working - this was fixed after a reset.
8 / 10Excellent·Nov 2025
The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy & well equipped. The views were fantastic, the building is in a very central location to transport, city highlights and the supermarket and eateries on the doorstep.
The bed in the master could have been a little bigger, my husband is 6’5. The host didn’t provide the correct information to access the facilities, which was frustrating as I followed instructions only to be told I hadn’t, when I had.
