5BR Villa | Private Pool & Lake View

The closeness to all parks and restaurants,the private pool the area was safe

I paid for Pool heating which for 4 days was lovely then the pool man came whilst we were at the parks and must have turned it off as it was cold for the last 3 days of our stay.😡 Also the games room needs updating as everything was broken,

Location was great and facility impressive with size. Furnishings were adequate but dated. Dining table was good size but chairs were sagging and need more cushioning. Would have been nicer if jacuzzi tub was heated. Wall to wall carpeting was dirty and looks original when house was built. TV in great room ok but way undersized. Clumsy controllers and confusing to set up for use. Chandelier in great room was blinking like strobe light and very annoying and could not use.

Lack of eating utensils, tea spoons, steak knives, No sharp chef knife. No serrated bread knife. Missing electric hand mixer for beaters, Dull blades and no sharpening tool. Had to buy hand potato masher and vegetable peeler. No baking pans/cookie sheets. No sink cloths, towels. Crusted coffee pot/electric hot water pot! I had to clean with 50/50 mix vinegar/water. No wooden spoons/mixers or spatulas. Loud grinding food disposal. Dishwasher controls locked up. Roaches in side of Dishwasher. Cob webs on walls in main room. BR Ceiling fan lights uncontrollable, constant on/off during night. 1st floor back BR Roaches. Shower missing caulking in stall, rusted door lock, mold on door sweep and joint. Upstairs bath toilet tank handle falling off, water running all night. Temp control locked at 69 degrees on thermostat! What a waste of energy. Had to constantly reset by hand (up and down stairs) all day for first 4 days. Could use extra blankets in each BR.
