Nagyszerű elhelyezkedés, nagyszerű apartman gyönyörű panorámával, jó parkolás, kiváló közlekedés.
Negatívum és nagyon kellemetlen a nehézkes kapcsolattartás. Mindig portugál nyelven küldték a közléseket.

La vue superbe sur Porto, le lit confortable
La propreté très limite (tapis du séjour sale), joints de la douche noirs et jaunes, meuble sous évier sale et avec une odeur épouvantable, poêles abîmées et sales, odeur forte de poisson dans le frigo, odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain et piscine inutilisable car eau sale et très trouble…☹️
