Nagyszerű elhelyezkedés, nagyszerű apartman gyönyörű panorámával, jó parkolás, kiváló közlekedés.
Negatívum és nagyon kellemetlen a nehézkes kapcsolattartás. Mindig portugál nyelven küldték a közléseket.

Já não foi a primeira vez, por isso gosto do local.
O ar condicionado demora a aquecer o apartamento. Provavelmente, o facto de o sensor estar junto ao teto faz com que, uma vez que o ar quente sobe, o espaço demore a aquecer. O proprietário deveria rever a situação porque assim quem chega e tem frio vai ter o aparelho sempre ligado até aquecer o espaço, gastando mais energia.
