Location and size of the Apartment.

The blind in both the living room and bedroom needs to be changed. No privacy when one is inside because the room is just by the road, people are always looking inside.

The location was good though the appearance of derelict buildings in the area doesn't make it feel particularly safe. Bed was comfortable

Blinds in kitchen/dining room means that people on the street and passing cars can see directly into the apartment Lack of seal beneath the glass on the shower meant water went everywhere. Water wasn't hot enough even with "boosting" for a bath. The apartment could definitely have been cleaner. Collecting keys left me waiting 40 minutes when I'd been contacted and checked in online stating that I would be there at 3 pm (told three times I would be there at 3pm). Didn't get keys until 3:40 pm. The door to the patio wouldn't seal properly so there was a constant draft in the kitchen. Less problematic; Check out at 10 am is extremely early. Paintwork especially in the bathroom needs to be touched up.
