Location was quite good, other the street to the old part of Vannes, 20 min to the harbor. Groceries shop and coffe shops are in walking distance. The flat is nicely decorated and you can find most necesary things there (except TV, but who goes to the France to watch TV???) The host was friendly and helpfull (a tip: if you could prepare the same instructions in english, what you sent in french - that would help a lot to other guests). Parking spot is in the inner yard.
Cleanliness: we found dirty socks under the bed and dar hairs (from cleaning lady or previuos guest?) were lying everythere.
Beds are 190 cm long - that was a surprise for me, as my legs were hanging in the air during sleep.
They freeze a depozit in your card of 500 Eur (if something happens to the things in the flat).
And you need to wash your dishes and take the garbage out after your leave. Keeping in mind that they charge 80 Eur for the cleaning - I think that's a little too much...
