Posizione centrale e comoda al cuore pulsante del paese che è la piazzetta con balconata. Ambiente pulito con tutto funzionante.
Arredamento minimal ma un pò troppo vintage per i nostri gusti. Il bagno andrebbe rinfrescato in particolare tutti i sanitari, in particolare la doccia risultano vetusti ed andrebbero sostituiti.

Posizione eccellente nel centro di capoliveri
La casa non è rifinita bene. Porta del bagno che non si chiude, tavoletta water rotta messa lì per terra da una parte, e altre piccole cose. Inoltre la casa si trova in ztl (cosa che non è precisata nella descrizione o almeno io non sono riuscito a vederla) per cui le valigie vanno portate a mano e il posto dove si può arrivare più vicino (naturalmente posti auto non ci sono ) solo per scaricare si trova a 200 mt. ma sono tutti in salita . Parcheggio più vicino dove si può trovare posto si trova a 800 mt. e dal parcheggio è tutto in salita. In conclusione casa in posizione strategica ma assolutamente non comoda.
