It was exactly as advertised, the staff was helpful. We had the place completely to ourselves, the pool was great. Rooms were clean and the restaurant was walking distance. We enjoyed our experience and the staff was friendly.
They were doing loud construction the 2nd day we were there around 11am-3pm which disrupted our enjoyment of the property. Our water needed to shut off due to some emergency, which wasn’t communicated promptly but was handled appropriately. Overall we had a good experience.

The helpful and friendly staff i
It’s too deep into the estate and too quiet. The forested area opposite the swimming pool was a dumping ground. It gave me an unsafe feeling staying here instead of tranquility. There was no lift and we had to carry out luggages down the stairs during checked in.
