La infraestructura es adecuada al criterio calidad precio, tiene agua caliente, ofrece buen desayuno, la limpieza es óptima y la ubicación es muy adecuada, cerca al centro y casi todo, útil para planificar tours y demás. Pero lo más destacable de todo es la calidez y la gran empatía en la atención de todo el personal. Siempre atentos a ayudar y hacer de la estadía la mejor experiencia. Mi esposa y yo pasamos una semana inolvidable y nos sentimos como en casa. Gracias especiales a Joel, Mario, Carlos y todos en general en el hotel. Llegamos con muchas expectativas y no sólo las llenaron sino que también salimos con nuevos amigos. Super recomendable. Volveremos sin duda si la Providencia lo permite. Gracias por todo!!

Cero quejas. Todo excelente

Primero quiero agradecer a todos por la amabilidad que tuvieron en el proceso de checkout ya que mi bus salía en la noche y me permitieron quedarme hasta la hora que necesitara. El hotel es muy cómodo, limpio, sin ruidos y en una muy buen ubicación sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme otra vez cuando regrese

I felt ill due to the altitude and they allowed us to check in to our room early which was great. The breakfast was great. Mario in reception was excellent and resolved issues fast when he was working.

The noise was quite loud from outside and also other rooms having the tv turned up really loud late at night. The 1st night there wasn’t any shower pressure and we had to wait 45mins for them to inspect our room and then turn the pressure on. The included breakfast was great, however on the 2nd day only half of the menu was available. The 3rd night was the same problem with no water pressure for the shower but this time also no hot water. After waiting over 2 hours and walking back and forth to reception as the telephone also didn’t work. They let us shower in another room. However we had a day tour all day and were very tired. Not being able to shower until 12am was disappointing.
