1. The location is close to restaurants and provides easy access to the expressway to Arau. 2. Three of the four rooms are air-conditioned. 3. The host is responsive and responds to emails promptly.

1. The property was untidy and not properly cleaned. Used toothpaste tubes and miniature shampoo bottles, likely left behind by previous guests, were found in the bathroom. 2. The wardrobes had an unpleasant smell and contained used clothes/ cloths, pillows, and stuffs. 3. Room 4 only has a ceiling fan, and there is hardly any airflow. The room feels very stuffy and humid. 4. The kitchen utensils and tools had an unpleasant odour and did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, probably by the previous guests. 5. There is no hot water system. A large water basin is provided for storing water, but it blocks access to the shower as it is placed beneath it.
