Great apartment, astonishing view!

large, two-floor apartment. The entry is from the top floor, where there's a bathroom and the bedroom. On the bottom floor there's the kitchen, living room and toilets combined with a washing machine. Both floors have a balcony with an astonishing view- you can see all the bay up to Genova. It's very quiet. The kitchen can be more equipped- there's no espresso machine but an Italian tradition machinetta, but without coffee, no condiments (like salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, etc.) so if you want to cook- make sure you bring it with your food. The stove is operating on gas and lighting it is with matches. there's a dedicated parking space for you there. there's an aircon in each floor.

The entry directions were sent to us only after we arrived and spent about 10 minutes, including asking the neighbors where the apartment is. Only when it was sent by Marco, we saw the exact location, and the directions were clear and understandable.

Schade, da uns persönlich die Lage sehr gut gefallen hat.

Die Unterkunft war zunächst nicht zu finden, da eine falsche Hausnummer angeben war, Der Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe passte nicht. Die sehr freundliche Reinemachefrau hat uns den richtigen Schlüssel später übergeben. Der Parkplatz ist zu eng, wir hatten zum Glück ein kleines Mietauto, unser Privat Auto hätte nicht reingepasst. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr schlecht. Terrassenmöbeln auch im schlechten Zustand. Im Badezimmer wackeln Waschbecken und Wasserkrahn Duschhebel war nicht richtig befestigt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Reinemachefrau, die sehr höflich ist und sich engagiert gezeigt hat.
