The apartment has all new furniture and amenities. It is exactly as presented on the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. The location is very quite and no bars around as it is good because of no noise... I assume no bar surrounding it is a great benefit especially in the summer when the city is full of tourists. The host is amazing, very pleasant, helpful, made our stay very good.
All was good, no complaints.

The apartment was a little further (25 minutes walk) from the old part of town, but worth every cent.
If I had to choose again, I would choose the same place without a doubt. Extremely satisfied with everything.
