Hot water was unreliable at times

The friendliness of the staff, it was a lady that welcomed me. i do not know if there's other staff members. i dealt with her only up until i checked out. she was excellent in everything and everyway. She introduced herself as Lindi.

for the place i staid in and booked at nothing whatsoever everything was up to standard and in alignment with their grade.

The caretaker lady was full of attitude and not polite at all She was not attentive for the guests needs like changing of towels She started asking me extra money when asked for a little bit of late check out The flush of the toilet was not working properly and after flushing water used to leak for hours The couch provided in the room has almost no cushion on the seat and it is just wooden ply or board covered with cloth and when I sat on it for the first time I got hurt on my buttocks No soundproofing in the room and too much noise from outside as the person residing in the adjacent room used to talk very loudly over phone till late in night Over just passable but not good
