It was a great size, well equipped, & the outside was fabulous. We made the most of the Grills & the Pizza oven! The covered porches were also great for alfresco dinning! Plus it was so quick into town & easy for shopping.

We had a problem with one of the toilets & the trash can was not available to use. The Pool contractors had left a lot of construction’s debris and trash by the tennis courts.

The location is perfect. Super close to Monopoli and all important landmarks. 4mn away from super market and easy in and out to main road. The garden is beautiful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The barbecue. The value for money is good.

The furniture and decoration is very old. The outdoor furniture needs to be totally replaced, it looks old and dirty. So many things were missing to make this a proper stay. Example, no sponge or soap for dish. No hand towel in kitchen.No welcome coffee. No hand soap in bathrooms…all this made the stay less comfortable. To me it seems it’s not managed or conserved well. Which is a shame because the house is beautiful and in a great location. Needs to be managed better !
