The building was clearly old and we loved that aura! There were plenty kitchen supplies to cook at home and the supermarket was very close.
Only negative aspect is the noise. Late at night around 12-3 am locals drink and shout outside. Nothing dangerous but you cant sleep without ear plugs.

Grosszügige helle und sonnige Wohnung am Stadtrand von Palermo. Ferdinando ist sehr um die Gäste bemüht und hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Zu Ostern fanden wir eine kleine Überraschung an der Wohnungstür. Wir durften am Abreisetag länger in der Wohnung bleiben, weil unser Schiff nach Genua sehr spät abgefahren ist.
Die Dusche ist eher klein. Die Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hat nicht immer einwandfrei geklappt.
