דירה יפה, נקיה מסודרת, מצוידת היטב כולל מצרכים. שני חדרי שינה לזוגות עם מקום נוסף לילדים. בעלי בית זמינים, נחמדים.

מארחים מקסימים ונדיבים. וילה נקייה ומסודרת. מרווחת . נוח להיכנס עם הציוד. האוטו במרחק נגיעה.
הבריכה נמצאת בחלק התחתון של הוילה, באזור בו גרים הבעלים. זה במקרה היה סביר, כי הם היו בחופשה, אך במצב דברים רגיל, זה נראה בעייתי. הבריכה קטנה, קרה ורדודה.
