Very nice surprise staying in Imperia.
It is a newly renovated place for accommodation. An apartment/studio with separated living, bathroom and sleeping room. In the living, besides the couch, TV and dinning table, there is a kitchenette with sink, fridge and cooking hot plate plus the corresponding exhaust in case someone would intend to use the cooking plate. In the kitchenette you have all the dishes, glasses and cutlery you need. Also you have a kettle for hot water and a Tchibo coffee machine with capsules. The host provided on my check-in with a number of capsules. In the bathroom you have all the towels you need. The communication with the host (via booking.com, and via email) was excellent. I had a GSM number available and an email address for contacting the host. I had very quick and efficient replies when I contacted them. There is parking available in front of the building. The access in the building, check-in and check-out procedures, very clearly communicated via booking.com. For me everything ran smooth and nice. Thank you.
The outskirts of the building do not look attractive, But do not get disappointed. Inside is a differetn story,

Camera abbastanza grande e spaziosa, con a disposizione gli utensili della cucina per cucinarsi la qualunque a tutte le ore! Bagno ampio, letti molto comodi e posizione tranquilla fuori dal centro cittadino per un totale relax!
