Our Villa is the perfect choice for a family vacation or romantic weekend getaway. Enjoy upgraded amenities with breathtaking views ranging from the Wasatch Mountains, Heber Valley and the Villa courtyard. You'll find yourself relaxing the moment you step through the door.

LAUNDRY: Common area; use pay machines on 2nd and 3rd floors steps away from the central elevator.

ACCESSIBILITY: Elevators available to each floor.

~ CHECK-IN/HOUSEKEEPING ~

Guests have access to resort facilities, can enjoy keyless check-in, and have 24 hour access to customer service but do not utilize the hotel staff if needs arise. Property Manager will be the primary contact, front desk staff will not provide customer service.

We ask that guests review check in information sent prior to arrival to ensure a seamless check in experience. To provide optimal privacy to our guests housekeeping will not access your villa for daily room cleanings, linen changes, towel changes, etc. If a need should arise during your stay, please contact the Property Manager directly, not the front desk.

~ VILLA POLICIES ~

- No smoking
- No pets
- No bikes or ski equipment allowed inside the unit
- For skis, there is a complimentary locker section on the first floor of the building. Please contact the Property Manager for availability.
- Storing ANY ITEMS ON THE DECK/PATIO area of your Villa will result in a $500 fine.
