Welcome to Phoenix West 607, a spacious three-bedroom, four-bath condo that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. This beautiful Gulf-front retreat offers everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach getaway.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a private water closet. The second bedroom is perfect for larger groups with a queen bed and queen-size bunk beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed paired with twin-size bunk beds, making it ideal for kids or extra guests.
The open living area is full of natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that lead out to a large private balcony. From here, you can take in sweeping Gulf views while relaxing on the chaise lounge or gathering around the outdoor table. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the sunset, or simply listen to the waves.
Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a spacious breakfast bar that seats four. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a separate wet bar complete with an ice maker and extra sink — a great feature for entertaining or enjoying a cold drink after a day in the sun. Flat-screen TVs are located throughout the condo, providing entertainment options for everyone.
Each guest bedroom has access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and there’s an additional full bathroom in the hallway featuring a walk-in shower.
