⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely wonderful stay – highly recommended!
I was truly impressed by this apartment. From the very first moment, everything exceeded my expectations. The self check-in was smooth and easy, and the underground parking was a huge plus.
The owner is extremely kind, attentive, and welcoming. When I arrived, the apartment was already warm and cozy, with the heaters turned on, which made me feel instantly at home. Inside, everything was spotlessly clean and perfectly organized.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine and water waiting for me, and even fresh fruit on the table – bananas and apples, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. What impressed me the most was discovering that the apartment even has toys for small children neatly stored in the closet — an unexpected detail that shows real care for guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and the apartment truly has everything you would normally have at home. The apartment offers two large balconies, plenty of space, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The internet is fast and reliable, which was important for me.
The location near Vitosha Mountain is quiet, peaceful, and ideal for both relaxation and work.
Overall, this was a beautiful, comfortable, and stress-free stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area!

I don't remember to have ever put a maximum note to almost every parameter of a place where I have stayed. This flat is strategically situated on a calm street but with excellent transport connections (such as the nearby stop of tramway line 5) to the city centre as well as to a departure point for hikes in Vitosha. Moreover, it's located on the top floor and has a large balcony and unobstructed view over the city. The flat itself is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a washing machine. But that's only the "basics". What exceeded my expectations was the exceptional hospitality of the owners. They had thought of - and provided - all supplies one would need: from the toiletries to coffee capsules for the coffee maker to dishwasher and washing machine supplies, including wipes preventing dye transfer when coloured clothes are washed. I quite literally felt welcomed at every moment of my stay. I couldn't recommend this flat highly enough.

Разкошен апартамент с огромна тераса. Има всичко необходимо за дълъг престой. Домакинята беше много любезна да ни приветства с вкусни ябълки за добре дошли. Има опция за ранно настаняване и късно напускане, което много ни допадна. Чисто и уютно. Обзаведено с вкус и желание. Много бяхме доволни от подземния паркинг. Ще повторим ако има възможност в бъдеще.
