Lovely location. Clean and had everything we needed. It was as described. It was lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the river. It was such a lovely holiday home. We really appreciated how clean and comfortable it was and thank you for the Prosecco.
If I’m being picky - I struggled to get the shower to the right temperature. Also lock on balcony door is worn and sticking. My husband would have fitted a new one if he’d got his tools with him!

Location was fantastic, the house was excellent very comfortable beds. Lovely view of the Camel estuary, walking distance to the town with lots of restaurants/ pubs and several cycle hire shops where you can cycle to Bodmin & Padstow
