The host was very helpful in sorting out access and heating. There was free parking and the basement apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The location was great for us as it was very close to relatives we were visiting in Oakville, you do need a car to get around though. It's quite eccentriccly furnished which made it interesting. There was a laundry with a washer & drier. Altogether very good.
When we first arrived the basement was very chilly, the host explained by whatsapp how to turn heaters on and it soon warmed up. The kitchen sink was very large and didn't retain water which made washing up difficult although there is a dishwasher (we didn't use it). It was a basement so quite dark but there were a couple of low level windows and lots of lighting. so not a problem really.

Quartier calme agréable pour se reposer et très bien entrenu mais il est souvent nécessaire de reprendre le véhicule Literie ferme (un peu trop pour nous européen 🫣) La tuyauterie passe dans le plafond de la chambre près du salon, dès que les machines sont en marche ou utilisation de l’eau dans la salle de bain, un bruit très fort se forme dommage
